  Anandtech did a review on it August 2012, two years ago, so it's not quite top-of-the-line today, the Marvell 88SS9187 controller has been refreshed in other products to 88SS9189. But it's not terrible either, write speeds are better than the 256GB Crucial MX100 (not the 512GB model) if that's important. Works out to be very similar $/GB too. 5yr warranty. Personally I'd wait for another model but it's a decent choice if you need an SSD today.
