    Where does your information on NZ or Alaskan origin come from (especially since Hoki is not an Alaskan fish)? Also, basa (Asian catfish) and bass, are not the same.

    Thanks, Trent - that's good info. The fish itself is pretty bland, but I do like their Moroccan-spiced large fillets.
