    You know what you should do. Have specials on the mop pads too. In saying that This unit is not bad heats up really quick(5-12sec). I suggest you find third party microfiber Velcro Pads as the one that comes with the unit get wet pretty quick

    Been looking for a good steam mop. have had a few failures. Waiting to see the feedback on here before I get one. Also like to hear about the after sales service with Godfreys / Black and Decker.

    have a bloody 2 steams mops currently and all of them are absolutely rubbish !! Water all over the place when mopping.

    1. Shark steam mop - horrible.
    2. VoX steam mop - drips big time and as dy4me said, even for this the "microfibre" pads gets wet so quickly that it leaves water behind it.

    Will wait to see the reviews for these before buying on this.

      I feel your pain. Had a few fails but have have the Pullman steam station which works great. Thicker pad, adjustable steam.

    $7 shipping for those interested. No stock at my local godfreys. Tempted to pull the pin and order one.. Been wanting a steam mop for a while and at least this one is a but better quality than the real cheapies.

    I saw this earlier today and rang the two nearest outlets and they didn't have stock. Looks like I'll be ordering one online. Just for reference, I've ordered 2 vacuums from Godfreys Online and both were delivered within 2 working days to Bris metro area.
