I bought some 8 packs of sorbent toilet paper last time they had it for $3 and noticed they have changed it it's terrible quality now

read the second line of the description mate

    • You're not wrong! It does have some comment on the packaging about new and improved or some such thing, so just look for old packaging perhaps.

    • I have yet to try the ones I bought from the last sale, so I think I might try them before I go buy some more…

      • Yep try it before you buy more I doubt you will be rushing to Woolies to stock up on more and that's coming from a long time sorbent user I'm switching to quilton now

15 chicken breast burgers for $10 is decent when they sell mince burgers for like 4 for 6 dollars these days, rip off

    • Sounds like a fairly high percentage to me as far as processed meat products to me (without checking anything else).

Considering a large percentage of the nugget is the crumb, I wouldn't consider that too bad.

    • +2

      That's a good percentage!

      • Not really when you consider the no-name brand equivalent is better than 60% chicken.

        • +1

Except the no name is giblets and beak.

        • @PVA: YUM!

          @PVA:

Nope; Steggles strips are giblets and beak too.

They specifically mention Chicken Breast when they use chicken breast

That's because they probably use less crumb which is a major part of the meal, I want lots of crumb Not patches :)

      48% Chicken FYI.

Not enough coating - MOAR KRUMMZ!!!

  • Awesome I put down a box for $5 on special earlier this week.. Felt it was overpriced :)

    • i bought two boxes of that :( . but on the upside i don't know what to do with 3 boxes.

Sometimes they sell 1kg bags for $7-8 on sale. Also you can buy in 1kg bags from Campbell's Cash and Carry. My tip is when you buy the 450gr box throw the box in the bin just keep the strips in the sealed bag otherwise your freezer will be full!!

    • Good Tip, I have one of those side by side fridge freezers so I need all the space I can get
