  Just a heads up Fish 'N' Chix Castle Hill won't honour the BOGOF unless you have a proper receipt with that one it (i.e. you can't print or show on phone)

    Shop a dockets own site says their offers can be printed or used from the mobile app. The docket in question has no condition related to using an actual docket.

  How do these shop a dockets work with out a docket?

    You can print off the coupon from our website or use your mobile phone and head to our website to find the coupon. It's best to show the coupon when ordering and there is a 'Redeem' button on the mobile coupon - just tap this when you're paying so they know the coupon has been redeemed. Most of our advertisers are familiar with the coupons printed from the website and also the mobile coupons, but every once in a while you'll come across someone who will only accept the supermarket docket. If that happens please let us know via the contact form on our website and we'll follow them up.

        Hi TA - seriously well done on another EPIC post! :)

        The online coupon details were sorted last time, but the coupon artwork wasn't going to get updated until next month (we have long lead times for the print coupons, which is the same artwork as the online coupon). I've managed to get the online artwork corrected now, but the supermarket dockets will be incorrect until next month.

        Talk about complicated… :)
