  What are they like, half decent or just like someone spruiking on youtube?
  Are they good as say like an Adult education class in Tafe?

    I started doing one of the free ones posted on ozbargain a while back, but found it quite amateurish compared to the always free courses on Coursera. I highly recommend Coursera because it provides high quality teaching and production in many fields and provided by many different academic institutions.

    I honestly don't understand why these udemy courses get so much love on ozbargain, and don't know if they are really any more of a bargain than some of the mark-up-mark-down sales which provide no real savings. Based on the competition (coursera, iTunes U, and others) I think that the market value of these courses is $0 and so no real savings are provided.

  Scan vidio on one and half courses. Trouble is if I did one course I would be too busy being productive to oz bargaining.
