  Had one hooked up to my media center for ~12mths, never had an issue with it, still on original batteries.

Great keyboard/mouse combo and used and sold a few of the MK270. I think the MK270r is slightly improved and has on/off switch. No impressed how they add $4.95 delivery for each item.
