These sorts of programs serve ZERO purpose in post-Windows XP era - indeed checking this particular software out makes it appear it's the one doing the spying. Avoid completely.
You are either poorly advised or sadly mistaken in regard to programs which keep your computer clean of junk and find outdated registry entries and links etc. I don't know this application but there's plenty of good ones around which computer users should use from time to time irrespective of their version of Windows.

Did you click on the text file that's usually included in the zip file of these windowsdeal.com deals?. The text file usually shows how to grab an activation key.
I did that the text file just had a download link of the program an exe file
