  I've tried 4 times for this to work. I download it, go through the set up wizard etc etc. Nothing. It mentions that it will install a desktop icon. There's none. What am I missing here? Help?

    just make a desktop icon yourself.
    go to C:\Program Files and find the application then click and drag the exe file to your desktop.

    if you're not sure it installed at all, I would go to "uninstall a program" from the start menu, then sort by date installed.
