I went to the IGA at Freshwater Place but they weren't selling at 2 for $4, but rather $3.49 each. Is this an advertised special?

    Hmm, going by that flyer, it looks like it could be a store-specific promotion. I've had a look at the catalogue for my local IGA and it makes no mention of any specials on these Arnotts biscuits.

I'm pretty sure each IGA has different specials, if you go onto their website and look at the catalogues, specials of an IGA in one suburb are different to another.

Just for reference, these are selling for ~$3.60 at Safeway/Woolworths (in VIC).
