      Yes, you can take it to the Apple Store in Hong Kong.

      In Australia you can approach Apple Australia (via phone or in store) for assistance. They will try to assist you. However, the official policy is to not replace HK/MACAU/China market phones. Also, you can not make use of their 'out-of-warranty' replacements.

      You can also contact Kogan Australia. They can help you with repairs and replacements under KOGAN HK's 12 month warranty.
