It comes with a small hot shoe flash and the crop factor is 2x. APS-C is 1.5/1.6x depending on Nikon or Canon.
The crop factor of this camera is 2x. It is not the crop factor of MFT.
Yes it has (and comes with) flash. (It's an attachment that connects to the top of the camera.)
I have no idea why you would want shitty stock oem fill-flash though.
It comes with a click on flash
I really dislike Olympus retro stylings & ergonomics compared to Panasonic's G series but you can't deny the value on offer here.
