eBay/PayPal wants Proof Of Delivery when a dispute is raised. How can I have this when the buyer does a pick-up?
The ideal way is to ask the buyer to sign a Bill of Sale and leave a copy of ID. However I doubt any buyer would to reveal their personal information for an online purchase from eBay.

If you do not allow paypal payments on pickup you actually breaching the ebay terms, since they require you have paypal as a payment option for delivery or pickup.
however if someone pays with paypal when picking up, it sounds pretty dodgy.
What I do is say, if you pay by paypal it MUST be delivery only. Pickup option is cash only.
Print out a copy of the eBay email and have the buyer sign and date it as having received the goods.
