  Hit and miss but after sales customer services is not bad. Any problems, just speak directly to their manager don't waste your time with the staff though, he will fix it for you. Overall can buy with confidence.

I brought the 14" touchscreen for my wife the moment I saw it. Reviews were good and it fit her needs… small, touchscreen and no number pad.

  eaddd87, the F550CC-XO068H comes with the unit itself, battery and charger. All in all its a pretty good unit especially for the price. We sell quite a few in-store at our Parramatta Branch and have yet to have any returns or complaints on that model.
