20% off Everything from PowerBulbs Using Promo Code FATHER20

100
FATHER20

Brighten up your day (and night) with new headlight bulbs for your car. Nothing is worse than driving at night with old crappy dim headlights (especially if your car doesn't come with HID xenon lights), they make you moody and may be dangerous too if you don't have best pair of eyesight.

I just thought of replacing the headlights in my father's car before he drives from Sydney to Brisbane later this month, decided to hop onto PowerBulbs to find the correct type of replacement low beam headlight bulbs, and stumbled upon this promo - FATHER20 - for 20% discount on everything. What a coincidence, may be my early Father's Day gift to him.

What's more! If you order over $27 worth of items (I did), you also receive free W5W sidelight bulbs, and which OzBargainers here don't like free gift? :P

Oh yeah, PowerBulbs has the usual free worldwide shipping.

  • I don't need any but if you're looking, OSRAM Night Breaker ftw! Tried many many globes over 20 years & settled on these for best light/performance & long lasting. I've got H1, H4 & H7 in various cars.

    • Do they replace the current bulbs or do they need projector / levellers?

      • I've got a VE Holden if that helps.

        • They should just replace your current bulbs

        • Just bought H7 low beam for around $28 delivered for my VE. Hardest part is getting your hand in to access and trying to put the retaining clip in blind. Make sure they are seated correctly and check how the old bulb come out.

Overall happy with the improvement. Bear in mind high performance lamps will have a lot less life than original lamps.

Mine came with bonus lamps for the side indicators and took a few weeks for delivery and were well packed.

    • OSRAM Night Breaker ftw

How long do they tend to last compared to OEM bulbs?

  • I ordered some night breakers thanks op

  • +1

Re: How long the the Nightbreakers last, in my experience a lot longer than any other "performance" ones i've used, going on 2 years now on 2 pairs of H1 in a Prelude.

    • That's good, read some stories about certain performance bulbs lasting a matter of months which would be a bit irritating given how much they can cost.

  • ….actually that's 3 years, can't count. Most others I've used maybe 1 year.
