I charge my gnote 2 from the 2amp port and have been quite surprised it find it charges 20% in a mere 10-15 minutes.

Yes, it supports pass through mode. The fake ones would not support it.

I recently bought a "fake" Romoss 10400mAh from AliExpress for about $13. Waited 2-3 weeks for delivery. Works fine so far, I've use it to recharge my Vodafone pocket wifi when i'm out and about (the pocket wifi only last 3hrs and runs out way before my ipad runs out). So far I've fully charged the pocket wifi 3 times and the battery meter on the Romoss is still at least half full.
Got it for $35.90 via an eBay seller from Melbourne cause my Galaxy S4 had a horrible battery life lately. It's excellent. Very good. Very cool. Very handsome. I like it.
