  Slightly off topic here -
  I ordered a pair of beach shoes from you guys and I got sent a smaller size to what I ordered, when I raised this with banggood I was initially asked to take photos and send and I had to do that three times and then I was told to adjust and wear the smaller size even though it doesn't fit me?!?
  Can you please look into this and help resolve the matter thanks?
