ANZ is the Australian & New Zealand edition which are the only ones available here, besides the dedsec and Vigilante ones
Interesting. I was at Costco northlakes on the weekend and the sticker price was $74.99
Saw this at Costco Canberra on Friday as well. Xbone was 57.99, but PS4 was more expensive ($74.99 I think).

This is cheap though, for the 'obviously superior' next gen consoles.
