  • Whats the difference between Nulon's PREMIUM and MODERN engine oil?

    • Premium is conventional (dino)
Modern everyday is Semi-synthetic (so it has at least 1% of synthetic oil mixed in there)

  • +1

Personally I'd rather use Synthetic but great price on mineral, its $38.88 at SC, more than double.

If anyone is unsure what the right product for their rig is you can use the "Drill Down" guide here - http://www.datateck.com.au/lube/NulonAus/default.asp

If changing from one type of oil to another I'd recommend using an engine flush before dumping the old oil

    • Keeping same oil viscosity is also a good habit. Flushing is also a good habit but not really necessary, I've never had any problem switching around. The reason I don't flush is because the flush bottle costs almost the same as the oil. +1 on synthetic recommendation, I think synthetic oils has good cleaning agents, hence is already flushing while you are driving.
