haha yeah i agree, used one once and i gave it back the next day… like the review said i got more from old school rabbit ears than the digital antenna… landfill!
I'm actually looking out for a decent antenna. So this is pretty rubbish? What am I looking at for an antenna that will actually work?
Not sure about a good internal antenna, but yeah this is as the review says total rubbish.
Yes big time crap these things are!! I finally found a great antenna its about $40 when on special at Dick Smith - its an outdoor one but you can hang it just outside a window or your door and you will get every single channel crystal clear! Best antenna ever!

Don't Waste your money
The so called aerial picked up LESS signal then a wire clothes hanger !! Even tried sticking it out the window at various positions - IT IS COMPLETELY USELESS!!
The amplified claim rings alarm bells. It's digital, it's either on or off, you can't amplify it. The decoder in your TV/STB has error correction to regenerate any slightly dodgy signal. The cable probably acts as a better antenna then the contents of the box. But as @brucefromaustralia mentions, use a coat hanger, it's cheaper & more effective.
The amplification is used to amplify the RF signal, not the digital data embedded in the RF.
This antenna however is crap, I got better result with a piece of wire.

I have a digital indoir antenna from aldi and its great. They have them this week.
