You've been a member for more than a year and seemingly have never contacted scotty for store representative status.
More than that, you've never disclosed your direct involvement/ownership of the store … pretty disappointing.
Then you shouldn't have referred to your store as a third party (i.e. they) in the post. It is very deceiving when this happens as it always rings a bell that you are trying to hide something. And this is obvious from the non-existent contact details on the website too.
I think admitting ownership is more of a good thing. At least your potential buyers from here know there is a representative to talk to if there are any questions/problems.
How is it I am buying from a company(?) that appears to be in Australia but "Not currently registered for GST".

They've just screen-scraped the UK site, and hosted it on a server with a .AU URL.
It's like one of those fake shops that are really nothing but Amazon ads.
No bargain.
