I have staff discount card at OW, so it will still be $803. But I can't pay these prices for a phone. Samsung has some hubris thinking they can sell a phone for iPhone prices. At least Apple have blind sheep willing to be fleeced. Galaxy being an Android has more competition from within.
Everyone has their price point, depends on whether the technology in the phone is useful to you. I have a road bike with Ant+ receiver, Samsung S4/S5 and Sony are the only phones which have this built in. But I don't like the feel of the Sony units, very square and poke you in the ear!
I find the Sony phones really comfortable to hold and use and better the what the Samsung feels. Each to their own I suppose.

Those who are wondering what "generation" the iPad is, it's the 4th generation. A refurb iPad currently costs $385. So, this is a bargain compared to that.
