Please note that malfunctions need to be assessed and confirmed via email or other means in accordance to the nature of the claim. We reserve the right to reject claims as a result of improper utilization or misunderstanding of the device. Please follow the manual instructions properly or inquire about this product when problem arises. Once DOA has been confirmed, a brand new replacement and transportation costs (back and forth) will be covered by us (qd_au / Quality Deals LTD).
