  I tried both coupon codes on a pair of Birkenstocks, but neither worked.

  Once I click 'Apply' the order form did a refresh but there was no change to the price and no notification that the coupon was invalid.

    I think the discount on footwear is only on selected brands. Birkenstocks didn't work for me either :-/

    you may be right - maybe those coupons don't apply to that product - but WHY, OH WHY doesn't the website let you know your coupon isn't valid for the items in your cart? Silent coupon rejection = FAIL.
