Sale sticker said $5 this morning so went back at 7pm and got a few.
Looked like there were about 30 packs left at that time.

It's not a soft drink you can have barely cold, it needs to be ice cold or with ice, but still each to their own. Even my dad who doesn't like sarsaparilla because he thinks it's like cough medicine has come around to thinking dr pepper is okay
A better question is why do you feel necessary to ask redundant questions on taste.
There is no answer other than quite obviously, we like it.
And it might seem like an overreaction to have a go - but the reality of being someone who drinks the good doctor is that there is ALWAYS someone there to weigh in, who feels it necessary to cite their (irrelevant) dislike for it - often phrased as a morose interjection with no hope for an answer. (IE, asking why people like it has no function other than to let the world know that you do not - what answer could you possibly get? 42?)
Over the years, I'm sure there are many like me who have got to the point where they totally avoid even mentioning the damn drink, because we're sick of hearing your dislike for it.
Many times you can't even get through the checkout without hearing about the person serving you having a dislike for it.

Better check the expiry date, asian groceries usually only mark their price down because it's already expired or almost
I've still got slabs of Dublin Dr. Pepper in my garage past the date and they're fine. It's "Best before" not "Use by".
