Disappointed though, with the way it was handled. From the advertising and their reputation, I'd have expected friendly helpful service.
Instead it was terse and unpleasant. Not a good way to start off a new business relationship with a customer.
I tried applying online but it kept erroring.
I spoke with someone over the phone who instead posted out a form, assuring me that she had written a code on the bottom of the form, so I would receive $20 credit.
The card arrived, and I checked the balance. It's zero dollars.
I raised the issue with them, and they said they've raised the issue. I pushed and they said, it'll be two weeks for this to be looked into.
