      I really hope they succeed. I hate taxis so much.

      When it costs $50 to go to from Sydney CBD to the airport in a dirty old falcon with ditry driver listening to Alan Jones. Arriving sick because the driver can't actually use the accelerator gradually (PRO DRIVING TIP: It's not a button!). Then paying $5 in CC charges there is something seriously wrong.

      UberX is so much better in my experience, no filthy cars, no filthy drivers, no Alan Jones on the radio, no gesturing at the heavy bags not offering to help take them out / put them in.

    put this into the voucher code on my app and it added $0.01 to my account. am i missing something?

      Yes, you're missing the fact that:

      Credit will be applied on 6th of May 2014.
