I have been searching for a while for this as our daughter loves the stuff since first trying it a couple of years ago (GoLo sold it for a while).

Managed to get one lot via UK before but the company messed around & failed to deliver the last order.

Expensive to buy via ebay and Amazon (around US$6.99 plus delivery on Amazon - which they won't send here anyway, $4.95 + $7.00 delivery on ebay - which does say Expiry date: 12/2012)

Anyway, this one works out at approx $3.60 a tube.
Delivery is the sticky point as it is really only worthwhile if bulking the order up with more tubes, or buying something else.

The order I placed was for 10 tubes, delivery was £14.86 (approx $26.91) Which makes it approx $6.91 per tube. Not fantastic but still a fair bit cheaper than elsewhere.

They do have a 5% discount offer (by liking their facebook page).
There's also cashback available (I used http://www.topcashback.co.uk/ who state 8.4% - 9.45% cashback)
TopCashback does have a referral system but I don't think it's set up on here.

  Sorry to ask, but why does you young daughter need Pro enamel. These type of pastes are medicated and should only be used if recommend by your dentist. They are not for general use.
  If you are only after the taste, then there are plenty of other ones around which are suitable for different age groups.

    We spoke to our dentist about this toothpaste, she said it was a good toothpaste and recommended it's use.
