Just about any speaker would be better than Soniq TV speakers!
This would do the job fine if you don't mind the weird look of the sub. A soundbar might be a better looking and less obtrusive option. Careful though, as soundbars tend to sound not that great unless you spend $300 +.
What do people that have purchased these speakers previously think of them? Are they worth the money or better to spend a little more on some good Logitechs?
I was pleasantly surprised by the output of these, picked them up at officeworks as floor stock for about $30. Great for movies in a small room, not so great for music, they just can't keep up with anything really. Unless you are going to jump up to something much better (audioengine or swan) then grab these.
Edifier speakers on paper seem crap (the specs.) but they are fantastic, especially the bass from the subwoofers and the sound clarity!
How would this perform as a TV speaker? I just need one that's better than the speaker in Soniq tv
