I had a quick look at IKEA website, looks like a new item on special but too bad its not stackable unlike their HUTTEN range ($17 - holds 9 bottles).

I checked on the West Coast IKEA website, and the wine racks page (http://www.ikea.com/aa/en/catalog/categories/departments/sma…) is currently broken, so no idea if this is a nationwide special. Probably best to say it is for East coast only.
