  • If someone can get a better scanned in image will stores accept them?

  • For whatever reason anyone is interested, the dough gets to the stores frozen in individual footlong portions, then they need to get defrosted and dipped into whatever topping is required prior to baking.

Thanks for the info, doesn't bother me.

    • The dough comes frozen, yes. But then it's proofed, topped (not dipped in anything) and baked in-store. About as fresh as can be expected from a huge franchise chain.

      • Hmmm just semantics. What they do is get the defrosted dough and slap it on to a container of the cheese/honey oat/whatever mix, make the diagonal markings with the back of a knife and throw it in the oven. Not that there's anthing wrong with all that.

    • The cost associated with making the dough in store would be too damn high.

Might want to change the title. Its $5 for 6 inch, $7 for footlong

    Still decent though

Sorry my bad, it has two side … i edited it

  • After realising that they use frozen cooked eggs to make their Breakfast subs by simply defrosting it, I can no associate Subway to their slogan 'Eat Fresh'.

  • It says "void if reproduced" but I dunno how much they enforce that.

  • Please edit title to say 'Breakfast' (or before 11am)

  • With free avocado?

  • What's defined as a premium sub?

    • it should be the chicken and bacon melt, Lemon & Herb, Three pepper chicken, parmigiana and schnitzel

This deal has been going on for awhile at Subway Inala. They even offer it after 11am. Sometimes I would grab a breakfast sub for lunch with all salads for - winning! For $5 can't go wrong! :)

A couple of years ago I asked for one without the egg (it was omelette egg back then). "So you want essentially a bacon footlong?" "I guess so." "Nope, it's not allowed."

So I aqueous to the egg option and then asked for fillings and got the stink eye for wanting salad. I'm not sure what the look on my face was when I asked, "So, no fixings?" but she was soon happily piling on to get me out the door.

I was interested to see the pictures they are using now include salad fixings. The old ad and the huge banner flying in front of my local store, just had the bacon, egg and cheese. $5 is good value if you load it up and the new eggs, frozen or not, are much better than the old slop.

  • How good was that free offer they had back a year or so ago. To be honest I haven't eaten there since….time for some more freebies Subway lol

  • Mmm 5ubw4y!!

  • Void if reproduced, ie. original required. Thus this post is not a deal.

Edit: I see breakfast doesn't need a voucher. So I'll revoke my neg.
