Might I suggest a better title for this would be:

    That's interesting. HOMM3 was a great game.

But I look at your screenshots and it's quite clear the game wasn't designed for a small screen or touch screens. Everything is so tiny to click on, I would be fat fingering everything by accident. The buttons are small. I guess you'd also emulate a mouse cursor? I can't imagine how the implementation could be any good.

    • I personally have Nexus 5 with 4.95' display. Sometimes I missed button, but it is totally playable. Additionally using short slip you can capture mouse cursor and make exact hit.

      • I think you would need to use a Note with the thin stylus, because my finger would be covering what I'm trying to click on. In battle this is key because you need to choose which side to attack a stack of units from and need some precision there.

Props to you for attempting it. It's cool that you can emulate PC games. I just think it's better played on the system it was made for, though at 800x600 res, it's pretty hard to look at now.

        • Did you try to use short slip for capturing mouse cursor?

  • I think there is another simulator (VCMI) which allows you to play heroes 3 totally free (you need to buy the PC game first).

    • Yes, but VCMI is not original game. It is have original graphic, but computer players are stupid :)
As I know VCMI not support companies too.

      • Oh! How I could forget. VCMI do not support random maps as I khow. ExaGear do.
