    Last time I ordered from Big W it took nearly 3 weeks before I heard anything. I was told that I would have to wait another week. I called again and was told it is in the post, please wait a few days and when nothing arrived I was told bad luck it was never sent, no stock was available and cancelled my order. They then sent me an email on 'how to improve their services'.

    Never again!

    I really frickin' hate the $40 minimum on Click and Collect. What, is it too much effort to take things off the shelf or - in this case - not put them there in the first place?

          Lol that's so weird when I click on a game I look at the click and collect section and it says free click or collect. Maybe you can't at your local store? try changing it to another local store if you can

        They have a change of mind policy, so that would work.

        The problem is, if we all do this all the time, one of two things will likely happen in the near future:

        1. They will kill off the $40 minimum
        2. They will kill off the change of mind policy

        Somehow I think the latter will happen first.
