These are probably the best tasting pods I have had…
The Indian is my favorite, followed by the chocolate and butterscotch.
How many sugars do you have with it and what time of day do you usually drink it?

Hi, would the pods be compatible with the new nespresso citiz? I saw some older reviews from choice website that said the CCD capsules get crushed and might damage the machine? anybody can shed some experience on this? thanks in advance
Hi. I have a citiz and I bought from them before. Here's my 2cents. The newer pods from CCD are softer but I did have about 5-10 pods out of about 100 which did not get punctured properly. Even though its softer than its predecessors, it is still a tad harder than nespresso. As to taste, it is certainly worth the money.

They sent pods which were bordering on their use by date and every one of the 5 or so flavours tasted terrible (90 or so pods of the 100 ended up being binned))

What's the strongest coffee in your shop?
I got the Indian bulk pack early this month and they were indeed yummy. Thinking of getting another one…
However if you order the bulk pack you will get a plain brown carton with 100 pods chucked directly inside, no tubes no polybags. It looks really messy when you open the carton and there's coffee powder everywhere. There's a possibility you will get some damaged pods (pierced foil/crushed pods/foil not stuck properly).
REP: For those that buy the bulk packs, can you send 10 tubes instead? Or at least seal the pods in a polybag? The carton I received was only taped across the flaps. Makes me wonder how much freshness I've lost, or what extra I have gained when the carton traveled in and out of the mail system.

There are some strange sums in the checkout so watch out. I purchased 8 x $5.80 tubes which came to $46.40. Used the coupon number GUW5 at checkout which loaded a discount of $5.95. Final purchase price - $46.25 ,a 15c saving and not the $5.95 indicated - sums didn't add up on screen. Didn't notice until payment was complete and quite annoyed, really hope the coffee is as good as people suggest.

Indeed - should have been more clear - I meant I was annoyed at myself for not picking up the format earlier, you're right - is free shipping and 15c discount, just wanted to flag that the format was unusual/confusing to me, but I am easily confused!

I ordered the sampler packs and just tried the 'award-winning' Indian 'flavour'.
This is the review i've submitted. Interested to see whether this review gets published on their site:
"As a coffee drinker who consumes around 2 cups a day, i think i know my coffee reasonably well.
I must've seriously gotten a BAD capsule of the indian variety (i ordered a trial/sampler pack).
This coffee i had was bland. I poured it as a latte (i.e. espresso length plus milk) and yes it made my milk turn brown but that was about it. There was no flavour or maybe just the very slightest flavour to this. On an intensity scale it'd rate a 1 out of 10 for me.
Now i've tried all the major brands of nespresso and nespresso compatible pods, including the various flavours available with each brand. Never had i tried a coffee with such little flavour/character/intensity/aroma.
Given Choice rated this number 1, i'm guessing i just got a complete dud. The fact that the capsules are not individually sealed means that this particular capsule could've expired long ago (although it was only shipped yesterday, arriving today).

Well that's disappointing. I just got mine today and will give my opinion soon.
Must have been a bad batch, my opinion of Indian is that it is great, it was by far a standout when compared to the other flavors which I found bland, although haven't tried Sumatran yet, even tops nearly all the nespresso one's I've tried too

Got mine delivered yesterday…that Indian pod is actually pretty shit hot!
I only received part of my order (3 tubes of various pods) but not the 100 pack of Indian. Sent a message through the online form last week but still no answer …. Not the most endearing customer services..
Got the rest of the order today after being in contact with them earlier in the week. And they were kind enough to include an extra tube for the delay in the incomplete initial order. A+++ for customer service. Will definitely order again.

The good thing about Nespresso is the shipping, have ordered on a weekend and received Monday. That's the kind of impulse buying that makes you feel good.
