I brought one of the 256, the package was excellent, complete with caddy for the 3.5 drives, a special edition cloning software allow user to clone not just Adata but other brand drives, ssd or not.
I would say that software suite is worth 20 alone.
Again, SSDs are going down in price because likes of Samsung 850 Pro series, and new Toshiba brought OCZ, Sandisk the lot are going to release new chipset models that come with minimum 400mb/s drives at bigger capacity for lower price.
~16% failure rate based on newegg reviews.
