hmm shipping doesnt seem cheap… hopefully they can stock up !
I was interested in buying some stuff, then postage would've been $28 for $26 worth so I thought ah well free shipping over $100. Spent ages picking out heaps of stuff then check the postage over $100 and it was $34…. No free international shipping makes this deal go from cheap to overpriced.
It sounds like the high cost of shipping only makes large orders cost effective (AllPosters is similar in this regard, and I am sure they are many other examples). I am fortunate in that I currently have a shipping forwarder in the USA (Shipito), so I can purchase things from different companies (many with free US shipping) and have them combined into 1 box before being posted to me. Shipping end up costing around $5 per pound.
