I noticed that Delivery Hero are now offering a referral model that provides the new customer with $10 credit, but the existing customer also receives $5 credit.
Therefore I have started a Delivery Hero referrals page in the Wiki.

Didn't work for me, unfortunately, even though the code was also emailed to me directly. I've found mixed success with delivery hero coupon codes in the past. More inclined to go with menulog and eatnow, which seem to be more consistent. (Also note that Delivery Hero don't have a pick up function - meaning that one is often stuck with a sizeable delivery fee).
