Telstra launched the Sony’s Xperia Z1 Compact on 18 March, and will be selling it exclusively for the first 60 days, even before it's available from Sony Australia. Whilst not advertised on their online store, you can buy it outright unlocked in Telstra stores for $552 in black, white and pink. It's cheaper than grey imports once you add on the shipping costs, and it comes with a 24 month warranty instead of the usual 12 months offered by grey importers.
