there is a glossary in the kit which details and explains any legalese
in this case "Age of Majority" means
"at what age do your children become old enough to spend all of your money after you are gone"
I don't know if it's QLD only but I had a will made by the public trustee for free
The Public Trustee wants you to sign up to using them to do the executor duties for which they charge quite a high % if I understand correctly?
They will offer that as a service, but you don't have to take them up on it. The PT does a great job.
That said, have used these kits before - and they do the job if you are looking for a quick DIY kit.

Are there notes on helping w' the jargon -legalese means? Eg, front page, what is 'Age Of Majority'? Can we see an instruction for example what that means to see if it is easy to understand?
