      is that just the plastic protective coating? you should be able to peel that off to reveal the hard black plastic underneath

    Australia Post can't accept lithium batteries or devices containing them for mailing overseas or for domestic air carriage. These can only be transported within Australia by road transport.

    seems its not even legal for us to send via our postal service? i had heard they will allow them into but not out of the country? anyone have any first hand knowledge of any of this they care to share?

    I found out when I had to return a faulty unit to minidisc. Australia Post wouldn't touch it and said I had to find a courier company willing to deliver it via road freight.

      What knowledge do you need? It is an offence to send them by Air from many countries (including Australia).

      You are carrying on as if this is something new. It's not.

      HINT: you cannot send bottles of petrol in the post either

    This is really annoying if it doesn't meet specification. When travelling you want as much capacity in the smallest space. I no longer trust the Eachine brand. If Banggood just refunded the full amount I'd continue to buy from them. So I'm now done with them (both).

      You'd better not ever buy cheap batteries online again - you might be disappointed! Virtually all cheap batteries inflate their figures to compete, unfortunately.

        Just send her another email advising the postal issue. I did same and then got full refund. She processed the refund very quickly indeed. The best customer service I have seen in a long time.

    Conversely Tmart also processed my refund promptly when they ran oos on the powerbank, wonder why they take money for items they dont have or cannot ship directly. I was surprised and relieved after reading horror stories on goods not received after 60 days and lack of customer support.
