Got a full refund, no dramas.

Ya, true…we can try. I was calling their contact centre number but waited too long no one answered, this soundbar not even worth $20. Let's try to go to store and ask them for refund or a store credit

Mine won't even power up!!! POS!!
There are on/off switches on the back of both sound bar and sub btw.
Mine sounds good I can even notice the stereo separation more than my old logitech speakers. Just don't have the right cord to plug into my tv so only tested bluetooth sound - no rca audio out from my tv, should have come with an optical audio cable.
Ya it should have come with optical cable. I got new one of 25 from DSE to connect with TV. Will return this soundbar today or tomorrow, I hope they give store credit and shall buy Samsung or Sony one
Got mine this arvo doesn't sound too bad via BT and Optical? Wouldn't recommend it for the main TV but not too shabby imo.
got mine and am using optical, soundbar quality is ok but wondering if anyone else is having a weird on and off again buzzing noise from the sub even when not in use its really annoying and loud

no buzz with mine but i have very low sound or like one of the left speakers is not working.. more sound coming from the right side.

The sound-bar was fine but the sub-woofer emitted a buzzing noise. I took it to the local DSE and the shop assistant said that a refund had to be done through the Online store, since they didn't carry the item as stock. I didn't agree with that and so she got the Manager who instantly said that a refund was fine.
