A trip between the CBD and Tullamarine costs $80 flat rate from what I can see. Or $95 flat rate from the South East suburbs.
Unsure about the Toddler seat but wouldn't that be illegal not having your child properly restrained?
there is exception for taxi company, children under 12 can be seat without toddler car seat as long as the child travel at the back seat or place on the laps of an adult. not sure about uber as uber is not taxi company, anyone?

I did the referral $20, then the promotion "has been applied to your account", but it still says i have only $20 credit?

Signed up and got the $20+$30 credit. Under promotions, it says "Valid until 13th March 2014. Melbourne only." So it's $20 (no expiry) and $30 (expires 13 March).
