Best price I've ever seen for this tent. Retails for $699.99 (yeah, right!), often on sale for around $350ish, never seen it under $330 till now.
I've had this tent (in green) for the last 18 months and am happy with the quality and layout.

Sound advice, plus vote.
But for a sub $300 price point, this is still very good value for the junk otherwise available at this price/size of tent.
For those interested in the this tent, I was curious and did a UTube search….
Here's a link for pitching the tent in question: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0B1UaRW9hPk
Plus vote to OP as well, good value.
$30 Amex statement credit for over $150 until May 31 as well.
Poles are right on the limit of strength due to how tight they pull the fabric and are quite easy to break.
Also the zips will wear out quickly even if your use is only limited to long weekends.
Their warranty replacement is very slow as they inspect the issues at the factory, sometimes it takes weeks sometimes it takes months.
I would not buy that, because the poles need to be threaded through sleeves.
Designs where the inner tent clips onto the poles are much easier to erect.
And you can put the fly up first if it is raining, so the inside stays dry.
