the returns policy really sucks.
you only get store credit
you have to buy something else.
How about…. Drum roll….the correct size?
Anyone who buys women's clothing online knows that sizing can be completely unpredictable. That's why site like ASOS and TheIconic offer returns for incorrect sizing.
You stated earlier if you return the item you get a store credit.
So go back and purchase the item again in a smaller or larger size.
This isn't rocket science..
They don't allow returns for incorrect size, that's what I'm complaining about.
It's not just sizing, it can be the cut that is wrong for your body shape, or the fabric that is horrible. You can't tell these things from a computer screen which is why online stores need to have a reasonable returns policy.
Thank-you zzymurgy for pointing out this store's crappy one.Great store, ignore anyone stating otherwise, they are trolls.
This is a great sale, but I won't buy anything from here because the returns policy really sucks. If the fit is wrong, or the sizing is inaccurate, you can't return it, but even if you do you only get store credit. So you have to buy something else.
I know the store is totally within its legal rights to have a 'no change of mind' return policy (although I think the credit note policy is against the law), but this is a major turnoff for an online clothing retailer.
