I've just found a nice offer in JB Hi-Fi. This eReader is really good with nice quality of epaper.
Don't have a lot to say! Just go to grab it :)
Kobo Touch eReader $89 in JB Hi-Fi (or $84.55 in Officeworks Lowest Price Guarantee)

Ive got one, it has had a heap of firmware updates over the last year or more and keeps getting better. No backlight in this model but a good ereader for the price.
I am curious as to what these firmware updates added to the device to make it better.
Serious question from a current Kindle user.
There have been a whole bunch of changes since Ive had mine, everything from text rendering enhancement, fonts (user installed fonts as well), page turn speed and refresh, book management, file handling, annotations, dictionaries, a couple of basic games. The interface has also changed quite a lot for the better. I think I have had mine about 2 years now, so its getting a bit older but still getting updates so that's pretty good support really. Haven't updated my firmware in a while though, must do it soon but you know what they say (if it aint broke….) A few updates have introduced new issues though but I think they have mostly been addressed now.
Keep in mind though that a few months ago the Kobo Glo was on special for $99…. now that was a bargain, higher res AND inbuilt light plus faster processor I think.

What's the point then?
Not bad. But personally, I'm still happy with my $19 Kobo Mini :)
