      The link provided states the card as plus microSD, comparing it to the unit I have, packaging looks very much different, as well as the card itself.
      I am worried that it might not be a genuine card from Samsung.

      I agree that the packaging does not look right on that. The Samsung cards I have bought in the past have not come with the adapter.

      However, toshiba prices is rather more competitive than SanDisk now.

      I was always under the belief that they two companies share the design and production of flash chips. I would imagine that the cards if rated to the same specs would be identical.

      I have used Toshiba SD cards in the past and they have been rock solid. I have only ever had issues with the Sony cards (physically breaking them as they use some very cheap plastic) and the 95mb/s Extreme Pro (corrupted).
