No go - TGG at Mt Gravatt in Brisbane wouldn't give me both $20 off and Norton. The offer is "not available in conjunction with any other offer". They gave me the choice of one or the other but not both. The Norton is also OEM copy and not valid for money back offer, even though the offer posters on the walls definitely show a retail box as the photo.
Hey mate, i reckon you got the sales guy i had - i think he was pissy because i got the friendly chick at the counter to grab the phone out instead of him (he was busy with a customer and she asked if she could help!)
He got all stroppy saying how only he was allowed to open the cabinets.. then he was trying to push the norton off on me instead of the $20 - saying it's $99 on special. I work at umart, we sell it for $45 lol and norton is hardly a sell point haha:P
So i politely declined and went over to the GG at Oxley. Super nice sales guy there, $20 off and the norton OEM too - don't think the cash back is valid on this as it's OEM? but hey i like to feel like i'm getting a bit more for my buck!

I lodged a 30 Day Price Guarantee request via TGG's website using the receipt posted elsewhere in this deal thread. I had an email response back from TGG Mt Gravatt, and I think it was the same sales guy that I dealt with.
Emails were exchanged - I was trying to convince him that he was mistaken on his interpretation of the deal/offer and I mentioned other stores (Oxley, Capalaba, Lutwyche), mean while he stood his ground.
Earlier this afternoon, I received a phone call from TGG, but this time it was another guy and he said the sales person I was previously dealing with had it wrong and I was entitled to the Norton software. And he was also gracious enough to apologise for the stuff up and offered me a $20 gift voucher when I went back to the store to pick up the retail version of Norton software.
Bottom line: The Good Guys at Mt Gravatt came through and have great customer service.
Got mine from capalaba good guys $199 with retail Norton box has cash back sticker. No paypass there. There were 4 left.
They ummed an ahhhhed for a while then let me have the retail box. It looks like all you have to do is register the software and stuff then do the online thing so they don't ask for the receipt. For $159 for a dual sim Moto g im pleased as punch. Thanks for posting.

hmm Norton instructions not good.. might need a receipt, my receipt says I paid zero for the norton copy hmm. Might leave it unopened and gumtree it to some total sucker. would need to install it to get the code to proceed to the "additional info"" part of the claim.

Not available in nsw, sales person had no idea. The deal wasn't on their system and the catalogue they had was completely different. They also didn't bother to match the receipt above since it was from qld. Op should state deal as qld only since no one from other states have got the deal so far.

got one from TGG Lutwyche store for $196. Norton is back order and they will call me when it's available. Model number is 211602 as same as sillyhead's receipt so I guess I will get a retail box like him.

Well the juicy thing is they can sell the OEM version of Norton as you can install Norton onto the phone with additional copies left for your PC etc.
I bought it from Helensvale TGG couple of days ago. BEST price he could do was $218, got the $20 voucher from a catalogue at the store entrance so paid $198. Out of stock of Norton but they have them on order and will contact me when it's in (have until the end of March for the cashback). Basically, fantastic deal. Instantly updated to KitKat 4.4.2 as well. Awesome phone at an incredible price. Thanks OP!

FYI In Victoria Ended up getting a price match (without Norton - two different people said they couldn't do Norton on different days) from JBHIFI DFO… broadie wouldn't do it, but given TGG was just across the road - they were a bit more willing at JB…IE 219
