    Current customers can get a different loyalty discount which is very acceptable. This is if you are out of contract. Just ask them.

      Agree, the loyalty plan is much better, I have been with MNF since 2009 and still happy with their service.

      That sucks, they made me sign up on another contract to get this bonus. No loyalty bonus for me yet I've been with them for 5 years!

    I reckon they are great. Comparable speeds to bigpond in our area (I churned from them) Never had an outage in 4 months and Australian support centre.
