Just found an amazing discount chocolate and lolly 'wholesaler' on Koornang road in Carnegie (VIC). Not sure of the exact name of the shop but it's almost opposite the Amcal pharmacy on Koornang Road (I think the address is 84(ish) Koornang road). They seem to have a lot of stuff that is just about to reach best before date, but that hardly matters for choccy and lollies anyway.
Some of the things I saw (and bought) there:
3x large boxes of Junior Mints for $5 (just passed the best before but still good)
Bags of Malteasers for $2
Box of 48x Cote D'Or Bouche (the little elephants) for around $8
Heaps of other stuff too …
