I dislike almost everything about Tony Robbins; from the push for seminars to the complete hokum advice he has on diet. It's all garbage.

But I really, really love his original Awaken the Giant Within book from before he fell into all of that. I have it in hardback and it's one of those things that I'm just going to keep forever. IMHO it's the greatest self development book every written… though there's a few up there (Feeling Good, and perhaps Psycho Cybernetics).

I'm not sure how I feel about condensing it down into this edition though. I wish he had given out the proper book.
